WRICON, abbreviation for Wright Construction, is a small but professional residential construction company, founded by Louis Wright in the month of July 2017.
Hermanus, consisting of an intimate living & working community takes extra special service and workmanship to announce one’s presence, and this is what Wricon prides itself in accomplishing.
Wricon started rock bottom by completing small to medium size renovations, and eventually by being persistent in delivery high quality work, they managed to enter the high-end residential construction market, and now manage several multi-million rand projects.
Born out of adversity.
If there ever was a trying time for humanity, and the global economy, it was during the Covid-19 flu pandemic.
Any company that survived the challenges it brought will most likely stand any test that should follow.
Wricon, being a new start-up company at the time had to learn how to work and function optimally, and this in the end has benefitted both the company itself, as well as the clients that later used our services. All our projects are completed within time and budget constraints, as long as the scope of work has not been altered drastically.

Louis & Megan are both perfectionistic by nature and always challenge and meet current and new expectations they set for themselves.
