I am writing the reference below in respect of building works carried out on my property by Louis Wright/ Wricon (Pty) Ltd. This is the second time I have used Louis for building works.

- I did not put out the second works for tender as I was impressed with Louis performance on the first works.
- Louis fully explained the details of the tender he submitted and also highlighted the provisional sums which would be subject to variation.The job started on time with all the necessary site infrastructure delivered when the work started.
- Louis often made valuable suggestions as to how things should be done and where necessary indicated the cost impact. Where there was a cost impact, this was set out in a variation order which I approved before the change commenced.
- The site was tidied every day.
- The quality of the work met and exceeded my expectations. I found the sub-contractors and building staff used were excellent.
- I have received numerous compliments from neighbours regarding the quality of the building works.

In conclusion, I am very satisfied with Louis’s (Wricon’s) performance and certainly recommend him.
