Our first complete demo project, where we gutted & demolished a 400m2 house, crushed the debris on site for future fill and cut the land to receive the basement of the new residence. This seems like the way to go in Hermanus, seeing that bare land is getting scarcer by the day. 3 weeks was all we needed to make space for the new.
