- Dealing with engineers for the designing of structural elements, site inspections and regulations compliance.
2. Legal:
- Dealing with the local authoirty for services connection, progress inspections and certification.
- Enrolment with the NHBRC.
- Acting as the agent/representative with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) which involves compiling of site files, weekly site visits, monthly audit reports.
3. Construction Management:
- Process implementation, including planning, scheduling, executing tasks, site control & monitoring, project completion.
- Level surveying and the setting out of the building footprint.
- COCs.
4. Contracts Management:
- Dealing with sub-contractors.
- JBCC minor works.
5. Financial Management:
- Quantity surveying (QS), which involves progress claims and variation orders.
- Generating the bond application.
