This was our first new build project for our portfolio. This house is literally built upon a rock. The original outlook of this project was to showcase our different capabilities for both our clients & local architects. 3 bed, 2 bath, double garage with loft, open plan kitchen & lounge.

02 house VOLGRAAFF
The immediate result from our first quality new build was House Vollgraaff. This was a very exciting time for the company. 4 bed, 3 bath, 1st-floor flatlet, open plan kitchen/scullery, lounge, dining, covered patio, double garage.

03 house SWART
After a long awaited period we were blessed to construct our first new build with a value over R10m. This house showcases a unique roof design, constructed from GMS Beams cladded with timber. A true masterpiece. 3 bed, 3 bath, covered Terrace with FG Doors, entrance porch & hall, Family room, laundry, open plan kitchen, living & dining room, braai room, cloaks, covered balcony & double garage.

04 house CLARK
This project took shape in the beautiful neighbourhood of Eastcliff, where the old made way for the new. 3 bed, 3 bath, ppen plan kitchen, living/entertainment room, study, laundry, wine store, single garage.

05 house MISTY PEARL
The name says it all, just like a pearl hiding its charm, so does this house. Bag-washed and pretty “plain” from the outside, these clients decided to spend the budget where it counts, on the inside. 4 bed, 3 bath, guest cloaks, open plan living/dining/kitchen, PJ lounge, large braai room, study, storeroom, single & double garage, indoor heated SP room, with FG Doors.
